2. PP broom wire
PP is also a chemical material, the full name is polypropylene, which is a white waxy material. PP broom wire has the following
characteristics:
(1) PP is a semi-crystalline material, non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, harder and has a higher melting point than the PE material for
making plastic bags;
(2) PP products are light in weight, good in toughness and chemical resistance;
(3) Low dimensional accuracy, insufficient rigidity, poor weather resistance, and easy to produce “copper damage”; (4) It has the
phenomenon of post-shrinkage, and after demolding, it is easy to age, become brittle, and easy to deform;
